Mike and his wife, Lea, travel as missionary/evangelists in the US and internationally to over twenty nations, teaching a practical and easy to understand delivery of the gospel. Mike Joyner is a veteran minister of over forty years, thirty-one of those years as a pastor. Their goal in ministry is to encourage and inspire every believer to live by faith in the Word of God, operating in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Passionate about sharing the gospel of Jesus, Mike and Lea are compelled to go out equipping the saints, and helping believers become empowered with the fullness of the Holy Spirit especially in the nations! Recent focus in Kenya in Hong Kong, and in the Philippines, to develop Schools of The Bible, preaching in evangelical crusades, hosting revival style ministries, and leading spirit-filled services, led to many miracles and life-changing transformations along the way!

The united mission for Mike and Lea together as a team, is to come along side spirit-filled and faith-filled pastors to help them in equipping believers and raising up ministers and workers for advancing the Kingdom of God in their local communities. Mike and Lea desire to help raise up pastors, while also equipping Christian Leaders in the nations to do the same, build pastors! We can reach believers one at a time, but by equipping a pastor we are reaching many! They found a great need while traveling to the nations of many pastors who needed training in understanding even some of the basic fundamentals of the Bible.
Mike and Lea have made it their mission to build Schools of The Bible for pastors around the world to be able to access deeper teachings, and become more readily equipped to rightly divide the Word, defend the faith and preach the word! Their goal is to help develop up and coming pastors, leaders and ministers in the church to be able to accurately interpret and apply Scripture, ensuring that each part is understood in its proper context and relevance. The work is great, the workers are willing, we will go!
